Surprised this place only has 3.9 stars. Food tastes good every single time. Wait time is short and the steaks are soooo good and yummy. Food is always hot and fresh and delicious!!
Classic Taiwanese steakhouse with quirky decor. Gets a 5 because everything was tasty and what you'd expect for the type of restaurant, not because it was a Michelin star experience. Not fancy, but definitely comforting. Our steak was cooked perfectly and seasoned so well. Note that, for whatever reason, a good chunk of the steak menu is in Mandarin. Luckily, I was there with someone who speaks the language, or I'd be confined to a more boring menu of meat and noodle options. They do not accept credit cards, so they lose a service star from me. Still, the wait staff was very friendly and attentive. I'll be back!
This is a great spot for a date night or a meal with family. The complimentary appetizers are amazing. The fruit salad is sweet and juicy. The toasted butter bread is crispy, crunchy and full of buttery flavor. The drinks are sweet and fun and even come with a tiny ice animal on top. The ribeye steak was so juicy, tender and full of flavor for a $30 price point. To add on the fine dining service, the waiter brings steak is brought out in display full of steam that my party go WOW every time we go. Outback Steakhouse has nothing on this place. I tried a runny sunny side up egg with spaghetti and it was creamy, comforting and delicious. At the end, little lollipops are given with the bill, which is perfect for kids. The restaurant feels cozy and fancy at the same time, even in the bathroom. If you love delicious, affordable food, fun drinks, and a classy atmosphere, you have to try this place!
4.7/5 Black Pepper Sirloin Steak ($29)-- perfectly tender steak, flavorful black pepper sauce! Comes with a salad and warm toast as well!
New Fu Shen Restaurant offers a delectable exploration of beef-centric dishes. The tomato beef rice was richly flavorful, a delightful fusion of simplicity and zest. The standout, however, was the black pepper sirloin steak, drenched in a robust black peppery sauce that tantalized the taste buds. The noodle soup with beef was a familiar comfort, executed with typical finesse. Each dish at New Fu Shen is a testament to the rich flavors that can be coaxed from well-prepared beef.
If you are into Chinese style steak this spot is great. Chinese style steak isnt focus on beef's flavor but overall flavor with the sauce included. I think the black pepper sauce complemented the dish well and was really tasty. My only doubt is the steak was extremely juicy like that of USDA prime grade steak which shouldn't have been possible given that I only spent 29 for the plate. I'm pretty sure they used some dark technology but since it is all speculation no knock against them.
Tried multiple rice dishes and a noodle dish. Their beef is tender and well seasoned. Beef and egg pancake was tasty as well
Excellent food for the price. Lots of variety and items to try. They have little ice sculptures as well when you order the drinks. Steak is good, onions are good and the soups are good well. I think the pastas need a little bit of work though.
